I completely understand that life happens! However, when an appointment is booked, that time is reserved just for you and cannot always be filled at the last minute. To keep my schedule running smoothly and respect both my time and other clients waiting for appointments, I kindly ask for at least 10 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. - Cancellations or reschedules made less than 10 hours before your appointment will be subject to a 50% Late Cancellation/Rebooking Fee based on the scheduled service(s). -No-shows will also be charged a 50% Late Cancellation/Rebooking Fee based on the scheduled service(s). -Any outstanding Late Cancellation/Rebooking Fees must be paid before future appointments can be booked. ***By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and authorize the applicable fee if the required notice is not provided.*** Thank you for understanding and helping me protect my appointment availability.
